Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify pricing, run promotions, or discontinue items at any time.
Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is processed and created.
Processing & Shipping
All of our apparel is created and prepared with love and intention just for you. Because of this, our current **processing time is up to 7 business days** before your order ships.
Processing time includes:
* Order preparation
* Printing/creation
* Quality check
* Packaging with care
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep.
Please keep in mind:
* Processing time does **not** include shipping time
* Weekends and holidays are not counted as business days
* During new launches or sales, processing times may be on the longer end of the 7-day window
Shipping times are separate from processing and are determined by the carrier once your order leaves our hands. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been submitted. We promise we are working behind the scenes to get your order out as quickly (and lovingly) as possible.
Washing Instructions
Your shirt was created with love and made to be lived in — from school drop-offs to slow mornings and everything in between. To keep your design looking beautiful and lasting as long as possible, we recommend giving your piece a little extra care.
**For best results:**
* Turn garment inside out before washing
* Machine wash cold with like colors
* Use mild detergent
* Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals
* Tumble dry low or hang to dry for longest life
* Do not iron directly on the design
* Do not dry clean
Our DTF printed designs are made to be durable, but gentle care will help preserve the softness and vibrancy of your shirt so you can enjoy it for years to come.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Because all items are made, prepared, or packaged with care specifically for you, **we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges** at this time. All sales are considered final.
We kindly encourage you to double-check sizing, colors, and order details before completing your purchase to ensure everything is just right for you.
If your item arrives damaged or there is an error with your order on our end, please reach out within **3 days of delivery** with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’re always happy to review and make things right when possible.
